Cancellation Policy: Your treatment arrangements and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

48 hours notice is required for bookings of 3 or more hours.

Qi Party contracts require a 72 hour cancellation.

Canceling with less than these notices will result in being charged in full for the scheduled treatments.

Booking an appointment with us is an acknowledgement of these terms and an agreement with our cancellation policy.
