Our locals are our VIP's & we thank you for supporting our growth into The Qi Lounge!  When you join the Local Loungers' Club, you will enjoy locals' savings up to 20%, VIP perks, and an exclusive Mondays-Thursdays Local Loungers' Only menu when you load your personal gift card with credit, so you can use it any way you please... for services or products - you can even share it with friends & family!

*Local Loungers Club is exclusive to full time & seasonal locals only (living in Estes Park at least 6 months out of the year), as well as owners of Mountain Village Cabins. 

 

Cancellation Policy: Your treatment arrangements and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you must cancel OR reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

48 hours notice is required for bookings of 3 or more hours.

Qi Party contracts require a 72 hour cancellation, and 50% deposit upon booking. 

Cancelling OR rescheduling with less than these notices will result in being charged in full for the scheduled treatments. 

Booking an appointment with us is an acknowledgement of these terms and an agreement with our cancellation & late arrivals policies. 

 

Late Arrivals Policy:  Your services are scheduled to begin at the time you requested. Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortened service time, while being responsible for the full cost of the scheduled services. Thank you for honoring our Licensed Therapists' time! We encourage our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled services to ensure promptness and to allow for time to change into a spa robe & sandals and have some time to settle in to the spa experience. Thank you!
