Spa Policies

Planning your Arrival: 

Please arrive up to 30 minutes ahead of your appointment time to change into a spa robe & sandals to enjoy our amenities. All guests of the lounge and spa must have services scheduled. Late arrivals may result in the length of your scheduled services being shortened so that other guest bookings are not affected, with full payment required.

Health Conditions: 

Please notify the spa reservations agent and your service provider of any special medical concerns you may have. Some of our treatments are not compatible with particular conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, and recent injuries.

Product Returns:

We happily accept returns for spa credit on all products within 30 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or products.

Payments: 

We gladly accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover credit cards. Please note we do not accept SpaFinder or SpaWish vouchers. Checks are accepted as payment from our Local Loungers Club members only. Room charges are accepted from Lodge guests, but we cannot charge to Mountain Village Cabins. 

Advanced Booking: 

We highly recommend booking services in advance to ensure your preferred time, service, and provider are available.

Gratuities: 

For your convenience, a 22% service fee is added onto your spa service total as gratuities for the associates who serve you. Additional gratuities may be added for exceptional service upon your request.

What to Wear & Bring: 

Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Spa. The Qi Lounge Wellness Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; we will provide you with a fluffy robe and sandals for your treatments. Lockers are provided for you to stow your clothes & personal items. 

Zen Zone: 

Please respect other guests enjoying the tranquility and relaxation of the spa environment by refraining from the use of cell phones. Smoking is prohibited in the Spa and on the Spa Patio.

Age Requirements: 

To enjoy our lounge and spa, all guests must be age 14 or older. Those under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Cancellation Policy: Your treatment arrangements and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you must cancel OR reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

48 hours notice is required for bookings of 3 or more hours.

Qi Party contracts require a 72 hour cancellation. 

Cancelling OR rescheduling with less than these notices will result in being charged in full for the scheduled treatments. 

Booking an appointment with us is an acknowledgement of these terms and an agreement with our cancellation & late arrivals policies. 

 

Late Arrivals Policy:  Your services are scheduled to begin at the time you requested. Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortened service time, while being responsible for the full cost of the scheduled services. Thank you for honoring our Licensed Therapists' time! We encourage our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled services to ensure promptness and to allow for time to change into a spa robe & sandals and have some time to settle in to the spa experience.
